...Silent Echoes...
Again?... It was confusing and frightening. No more portals! The trip to different realms was often vexing, and scrambled one's mind a bit before you actually got your bearings, but this time you had no idea where you were - this was definitely not Aditti's Warren, but admittedly it had similar beauty.

It was dark, but colorful spears of light dotted the walls, flickering and shimmering in every shade of the spectrum; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. The colors showed themselves proud and true, none marred by the others. Apparently, you were sitting on a small islet which was quite strange. It seemed the obvious source of the colors, because the whole mass was made of crystal, and surrounding it was nothing but water. It was clear, pure water though. You knew easily because of the opals and other small crystals that lie across the bottom of the stone pool, aiding the larger one in it’s eternal show of lights. The "cave" itself was a large oval room with no visible way out besides the portal, but there had to be some other way of -

Your train of thought was interrupted as your eyes scanned over a large egg. It wasn't unsurprising that there was another Glenn Dragon on the way, but your curiosity was piqued by this one. It was just... different. Silently you wondered where its guardian was, but perhaps there was none to speak of? That notion was quashed quickly, because there was an opalescent form traveling swiftly through the water with liquid grace. It was no larger than Mae had been, but once again there was uniqueness about her. There was a sudden splash as she dove from the water and landed on your spacious resting area, spraying you with a bit of water.

The fae-like female donned a small bikini comprised of what looked to be iridescent sea-shells fastened with a silvery sort of thread. Fingers and toes were webbed, and there was a thin, fin-like membrane that attached from her arms to her sides. "Hello there! I'm Melody, this little one's guardian. Mae's told me all about you... I'm a water nymph." The creature spoke at a mile a minute, but the message had been put across plainly, no matter how distorted by a high-pitched, bubbly voice that spoke of over enthusiasm. What a surprise.
