Stepping through the portal cautiously, you found that you were afraid to blink. Aditti could come out of anywhere. Making it through safely, you made an entire turn, looking in each direction. Once again, there was no one to be found. You became curious as to how long the realm went on, but now you just wanted to find Mae. "Mae! It's me!" As if you expected an answer...
Surprisingly, you got one. Mae came fluttering out of seemingly nowhere, Aditti in tow. The small purple dragon had indeed grown. All together, she was larger that she had been on your previous visit. Her wings had grown a bit, and you could see razor sharp canines peeking over the edge of her jaw. Aditti did seem calmer though, a refreshing shift from a hyperactive hatchling. The dragonet began running towards you. "Uh oh.." You closed your eyes, bracing yourself. But the dragonet simply stopped before you and waved. "Hello!" You opened your eyes. "Hi?.." Looking to Mae, she simply smiled. "I told you she'd mellow," Mae voiced, words slightly laced with arrogance. "I guess so.." You blinked still keeping your hands to yourself. The dragonet turned to Mae. "So, how did you make this realm?..." Mae blinked, glanced your way, and then turned her attention back to the dragonet. "Er, Aditti dear.. You've been asking all sorts of questions for the last few weeks. Now isn't the time." Mae gave a nervous smile, and Aditti looked slightly disappointed.
The dragon started in your direction. "So, what are you?" she questioned." You blinked. Had she remembered you?.. Aditti smiled slyly. "Just kidding. You know, when I grow up, I'm going to have the most powerful breath weapon.." She seemed to drift off into her imaginings at that moment, and Mae came over, grabbed you by the shirt, and proceeded to pull you in the opposite direction. "She's quite the dreamer. Smart too." Mae seemed to beam with pride, and you steadied her with a questioning gaze. "Are all dragons like this?.." Mae blinked and replied, "Some.. But Aditti's special. To me, anyway."
"Um, okay.." You quirked a brow, once again heading towards Aditti. You'd learned from past experiences not to pet her, so instead you gave a big smile. "Well, Aditti, you'll see me around." The dragonet looked at you for a moment as if taking in your words. "Well, alright then," she said as she waved and returned your smile with a dragon-like grin.
