You seemed unsurprised to find yourself here once more. Rumor had quickly spread that the strangely large Glenn Dragon egg had finally hatched. And, there you were, in search of Mae, as well as the new Dragon. The puffy lilac clouds still held fast beneath your feet, and this trip you walked with more confidence towards the spot where the egg was last seen. But, this time there was nothing there.
"Mae?" you called out into the glittering darkness, your voice echoing into the distance seemingly without end. "BAD!" The shout came from the left. You turned, quirking an eyebrow as you recognized Mae. Her hair was a mess, the edges of her already fragile clothing tattered slightly. She flew at you rather quickly without planning to halt, and at the very last moment you ducked, adrenaline pumping through your veins. "What was that all about!?" You appear to be rather agitated as you stand. Mae is buzzing about in circles, and soon she comes to land on your shoulder, heaving and huffing. "The.. the..." she begins. But, "OOF!" You stumble backwards, clutching at your gut. You land on your back and begin looking up frantically. Then, there on your stomach sits a bright purple dragon with brilliant blue eyes. It is but a baby, you notice. It gurgles a bit before reaching out for something near your head. "Mae!" it cries. Your mind searches for the name, and then you remember Mae's voice ringing clear in your mind. "Err.. Aditti," you speak slowly, picking the dragon up ever so carefully.
The dragon begins to claw at your hands, and you quickly put her down. Slowly Mae appears once more, but she's only a semi-transparent form. She speaks almost in a whisper, as if afraid to excite Aditti. "Purple dragons aren't usually like this.. I just hope she calms down with age.." Mae definitely looks tired, and you stiffle a slight laugh. Aditti is now seated before you in the plush of the cloud, looking up at you with a draconic grin, eyes wide with curiosity. You can see that she already has many sharp teeth, and you look back to Mae's floating image. "She won't eat me, will she?.." The fairy smiles for the first time as she becomes completely opaque. "No, of course not! Dragons don't eat humans... Especially not you. You were her only visitor!"
You smile slightly and go to pat the dragon on the head. Slowly, and very carefully you do so, but even then the dragon snaps at your hand. You draw your hand back reflexively and look to Mae questioningly. "Her only visitor besides Morgan... She's very, very close to her." You nod, still looking towards the strange little dragon. "Well, good luck Mae. Bye Aditti." Instead of turning, you back yourself through the shimmering amethyst surface of the portal for fear the little dragon might jump on you.
